Civil Engineering. Quantity Surveying. Two specialisms where you’d usually have to go to university first, then get a career afterwards. Not here. Study for your degree at a highly respected university (either Warwick, London South Bank or Liverpool John Moores) and at the same time, work towards relevant experience in a live role with us.
As well as supporting your university studies, there are lots of other ways we’ll make sure you’re well-looked after on your road to success:
Fully paid studies
27 annual holiday days
Staff bonus based on individual and company performance
My Murphy benefits
Two days per year as volunteering days
This five-year apprenticeship will see you gain your degree at Warwick University whilst you do live work with us. Working anywhere in the UK, you’ll get the student experience on a block-release programme: you’ll spend a week in Warwick while you attend lectures, then do 6-8 weeks of related work with us – then back to university again to repeat the process.
Balanced work and study
Mentoring to study for your degree and Chartered status
An apprentice champion who’s always there for you
Learning to set goals
Helping you set and meet realistic targets in your training
Regular business and soft-skills training
Teaching you everything you need to know to feel confident
Helping you feel at home – and helping you meet the whole team
Entry requirements vary dependant on the apprenticeship. Please check the job description for further details
